Gitan Grill was built back in 1964 in Zermatt’s Bahnhofstrasse. It attracts locals and visitors evening after evening, who want to be spoiled with delicacies from the grill in the relaxed atmosphere.

Valais and French cuisine interpreted in a modern way in an uncomplicated setting. Your journey of tastes takes you back to the origins, to the roots of the local products. Local ingredients are given first priority. Suppliers are sought within a radius of 99 kilometers. The kitchen team uses carefully selected ingredients to create fresh and naturally homemade dishes with passion.

A large selection of delicious cheese fondues (Moitié-Moitié, Porcini, Tomato, Truffel...) and meat fondues (Chinoise, Surf & Turf, Fondue Swiss Chalet with fillet of beef ...) awaits you in a cosy atmosphere.
