Balboa provides insights and tools to help you make strength training your fun and effective ally. Balboa coaches are experts in group fitness and are coming to Zermatt for the first time with their expertise in movement and health.

As well as strength training, we offer a wide range of movement classes, including cardio, yoga, Pilates, outdoor runs and much more. We believe in the power of the group, because it's more fun to experience something collectively than alone.

High-energy group training combining strength, endurance, and conditioning, held indoors or outdoors depending on the weather.

In a fitness trail format, light running alternates with functional strength exercises, driven by group dynamics and shared energy.

When scheduled as a Wake Up Session in the morning, the training starts more gently, with a stronger focus on activation, mobility, and a smooth transition into the day before building intensity.

The group motivates, supports, and challenges you to naturally go beyond your usual limits. Suitable for all levels.

You should be able to jog 300 to 500 metres at a relaxed pace.

The Art Gallery at Backstage Hotel Vernissage, as well as the Selection Shop at Bahnhofstrasse 7B in Zermatt, warmly invite you to discover STAR AXIS, an exhibition by Swiss artist Séverin Guelpa.

In his work, Séverin Guelpa explores landscape, nature, matter and their constant transformation. Inspired by extreme environments – from the Swiss Alps to vast desert landscapes – he creates works that i vite us to reflect on the relationship between humanity and nature. Set against the unique mountain landscape of Zermatt, STAR AXIS takes on a very special dimension.
