Hello, I’m Wolli, your adventure friend and the mascot of Zermatt – Matterhorn.

I absolutely love playing with the other Valais Blacknose sheep. But I also really enjoy exciting adventures and discovering the world.
That’s why you can also meet me every Monday at 4:00 p.m. at the station square in Zermatt from June 22 to September 28, 2026.

When shall we meet? I’m already looking forward to it!

Two kitchens, four hands, one evening. When Julio Escalante and Luis Romo cook side by side, two culinary signatures meet that speak the same language. Both draw on the warmth and the temperament of Latin America, each with its own accent, and together they weave these flavours into what the Valais mountains have to offer.

So the taco is filled with Appenzeller lamb, Swiss salmon becomes a tiradito, and alpine hay settles as a delicate note over a dessert. Salsa macha meets sweet potato, mole verde meets fresh cheese, Venezuelan chocolate meets a trace of Tajín. These are dishes that speak of their origin and, at the same time, of here.

Come whenever it suits you; there is no fixed hour to this evening. Choose à la carte and compose your meal to your own taste, or place the evening in the hands of the kitchen and follow the tasting menu, from the first tostada to the last spoonful.

It’s going to be exciting again – and Ribis & Stibis will be there live! We’ll be showing all matches kicking off between 6pm and 11pm on our screens inside and on the terrace. Whatever the weather, we’re the perfect place to watch the 2026 World Cup matches, whether you’re with friends or on your own. With special World Cup burgers and drink specials, you’ll be treated like world champions. Come along!
