In our restaurant’s tasteful atmosphere, with a great love of detail, head chef Voglhuber Alexander and his team place great importance upon cuisine that knows how to delight. Culinary delicacies made from market-fresh, local produce, light and palatable. Our service, attentive and friendly, plays its part to create an atmosphere of hospitality. Even with our wines, we have not lost sight of the region: you will find the right drop of Valaisian wine in the restaurant’s own wine cellar to accompany every delicacy.

Looking for something different in Zermatt village? Brasserie Uno is a casual fine-dining restaurant specialising in international flavours and inventive cuisine. We offer a delicious multi-course fixed surprise tasting-menu (no à la carte or children's menu), created using regional and seasonal products when possible. Our creative kitchen is run by head chef Luis Romo and chef Tommaso Guardascione. We are a sustainable, minimum food waste restaurant. Book ahead to enjoy warm service and cosy atmosphere.
