The Adler Hitta is perched at 2200 metres on the idyllic Findeln Alp above Zermatt, directly on the hiking trail and the Sunnegga-Findeln ski slope.

We love authentic food and offer natural, fresh alpine gastronomic treats. Our spring chicken roasted on a wood fire is famous around the world!

Needless to say, our regional cuisine is matched by a list of choice wines. You can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Matterhorn from the sun terrace, and also from inside the hut, thanks to the new panoramic windows.

As the name Tiger Bowl suggests, it offers a variety of nutritious rice-based bowls with vegan. gluten-free and lactose-free options. All packaging is biodegradable.
