At the Japanese Restaurant and Sushi Bar Fuji of Zermatt, our Asian chefs do their magic on authentic Teppanyaki griddles. A feast for the eye and the palate!

This summer for two months only, we open up one of the most beautiful gardens and host you with delicious drinks, natural wines and fresh food from the barbecue by Thomas Haugstvedt. We have the perfect afternoon and apéritif bites prepared for you with the chef's weekly selection of freshest produce that simply speaks for itself. All our produce are sourced from the region and we work exclusively with organic and biodynamic farmers. We forage for wild herbs, mushrooms and berries from and around Zermatt which adds the little extra on your plate. OPENING HOURS: Drinks: Thursday to Tuesday 14:00 - 21:00 Food: Thursday to Saturday 16:00 - 20:30 and Sunday 12:00-15:00

The Restaurant Gitz-Gädi & Ski Chalet is located directly on the ski slope and in the hiking area above Zermatt. Whether it's a delicious lunch or dinner followed by a sledge ride, you've come to the right place.
