"Backzeit" is our small bakery and café in the rex! We create a wide variety of breads and baked goods with traditional sourdough techniques and combine them with the right specialty coffee.

With expertise, an unbeatable local network and enormous personal commitment, we organise MICE (meetings, incentives, conventions & events) in Zermatt. 

The OMEGA boutique looks perfectly at home in the surrounding mountains with a beautiful chalet-style exterior. On the inside, the 70m2 space includes a decorative fireplace, further adding to the alpine feel.
