Here at Filet Et Fils, traditional trade meets modern cuisine. Down-to-earth meets perfectionism where regional herbs from our garden harmonize with fresh seasonal vegetables. In this immense «show kitchen», the preparation and cooking are live. Each ingredient is carefully selected, always with a preference for local and Valais origins. An example? On the menu the selection “Swiss Gourmet” scrupulously honoured by the Chef. Succulent meats, grilled on request, American style - a lively flame and a BBQ XXL. Great classics are prepared with a delicious twist. Pizzas are organic - home-made dough, olive oil and tomatoes come directly from Italy... - prepared by real pizza chefs. Desserts, just like the rest of the menu, are intended to be shared - coffee & hazelnut Paris-Brest, delicate tart for two, to be customised with whipped cream, vanilla, a compote...
