You will discover new corners and places of the village. We can also organize a weekend in Zermatt for you and take you to some important hamlets. A third option is to participate in an "abusizz," where you can join the discussion, or we can tell the story of the first ascent of the Matterhorn at a special event.

Experience Zermatt with local brothers! We – the two brothers Beat and Heini – offer you four interesting options: 1. Village tour: For two hours, we will guide you through our birthplace and tell you stories from the past and present. You will discover new corners and places of the village. 2. Two-day activities: We will guide you through the village, accompany you to some important hamlets, tell you stories from the past and present about pioneers and coachmen, mountains and avalanches, citizens and townsfolk, churches and chapels, water and beer, and connect you with other people. 3. "z Abusizz gâh": An old tradition brought back to life. In the past, after the day's work, families from different "quarters" would visit each other in the evenings to exchange experiences. This was called "z Abusizz gâh." Today, you too can participate in the abusizz. Locals and guests discuss current topics at the same table. 4. Storytelling: During dinner or an aperitif, we will tell you and your group how the first climbers ascended the Matterhorn. Heini will also share his own first ascent story – 146 years later.
