The studio is located in an attractive, renovated in 2022, well-maintained building with elevators and a communal garden. Access by electro-taxi is possible right up to the front door (no stairs).

The Sunnegga and Gornergrat mountain railways, as well as the railway station and Zermatt village center, can be reached on foot in 4 to 6 minutes. The electric bus stop is just a few steps from the house.
