This summer for two months only, we open up one of the most beautiful gardens and host you with delicious drinks, natural wines and fresh food from the barbecue by Thomas Haugstvedt. We have the perfect afternoon and apéritif bites prepared for you with the chef's weekly selection of freshest produce that simply speaks for itself. All our produce are sourced from the region and we work exclusively with organic and biodynamic farmers. We forage for wild herbs, mushrooms and berries from and around Zermatt which adds the little extra on your plate. Valais and French cuisine interpreted in a modern way in an uncomplicated setting. Your journey of tastes takes you back to the origins, to the roots of the local products. Local ingredients are given first priority. Suppliers are sought within a radius of 99 kilometers. Chef Alexandre and his team create fresh and of course homemade dishes with passion from the carefully selected ingredients.

A large selection of delicious cheese fondues (Moitié-Moitié, Porcini, Tomato, Truffel...) and meat fondues (Chinoise, Surf & Turf, Fondue Swiss Chalet with fillet of beef ...) awaits you in a cosy atmosphere.
