Description
You have to earn this lunch:
With a hike to Findeln or with a few carving turns from the Sunnegga station. The legendary mountain restaurant ‘Findlerhof’ has an impressive wine list. NZZ wine expert Peter Keller and oenologist Dr Ralph Tanner present their ‘best of’ Valais specialities by the glass, while hosts Michelle and Francis Schwery serve the matching dishes.
3-course menu, accompanied by 6 Valais wines, incl. mineral water & coffee
