Description
Peter Keller is wine editor of the ‘NZZ am Sonntag’. Since 2009, he has held the title of ‘Wine Academic’ awarded by the Board of Trustees of the Austrian Wine Academy and holds a diploma from the Wine and Spirit Education Trust (WSET).
The editor has already held more than 100 wine seminars for the NZZ and presents his favourites from Bordeaux in the wine duel.
Ralph Tanner has been working as a teacher of German and philosophy at Schaffhausen grammar school since completing his degree in German and philosophy (including a doctorate) at the University of Zurich. In addition to teaching, wine is his great passion.
Ten years ago, he fulfilled a long-standing dream and set up a small, fine wine shop called ‘FeinWeinSein’. He competes against Peter Keller in the wine duel.
Great and finesse-rich Bordeaux such as Domaine de Chevalier, Château Smith Haut Lafitte, Château Pichon-Lalande and many more will be uncorked.
Peter Keller and Ralph Tanner will present a glass of wine for each course of French classics. And you vote which wine or wine professional is the best!
Services included:
4-course menu of French classics, accompanied by 8 Bordeaux wines, incl. mineral water & coffee
