Description
A demanding achievement for experienced and well-trained mountain hikers with high-alpine experience. 60 walking hours, 13,000 meters of ascent, and 148 performance kilometers—a truly great adventure. It goes up and down, passing famous names: Zinal in the Val d'Anniviers, Lac de Moiry, Arolla, Haut Glacier d'Arolla, Col Collon. Then Italy: Lago Place Moulin, Tola, Torrente Marmore, and finally Breuil/Cervinia, the neighboring destination to Zermatt. It is well known among skiers. Finally, it returns to Switzerland via the Theodul Pass and the Theodul Glacier.
