From Furi, first go through the hamlet, then up into the pioneer landscape with larches. Over a small stream, a wooden boardwalk is installed. This is followed by shrubs, a small marsh area, rocks, and scree.
Grates lead you across the 100 m long steel cable suspension bridge from one side of the valley to the other. The crossing is safe but requires some courage and a dash of a head for heights. Those who have managed the bridge suddenly find themselves in an idyllic mountain forest, with larches, Swiss pines, and squirrels.
In the Dossen Glacier Garden, you can see what the glacier normally hides on its underside: polished rock slabs, glacial potholes, bizarre rock formations.
