Description

This natural spectacle is world-famous. The Matterhorn stands alone on the horizon. In the foreground the Stellisee with its mirror-smooth surface and its crystal-clear water. Reflected upside down in it is the Matterhorn. The mountain pyramid on the water – a dream.

The view of the Findel glacier fascinates. The eternal ice of the glacier, however, has been retreating for a long time, which is also clearly visible. The path leads past old lateral moraines of this glacier, among other things.
