At this level, the children get used to their bikes.
Description
At this level, the children get used to their bikes and learn to ride, brake, get on and off the bike in a controlled manner on easy terrain. In addition, the children playfully learn how to handle the steering in groups but also in individual exercises and already overcome simple obstacles.
Program:
In the first level, the children get used to the bike. They learn to get on and off the bike on easy terrain (grass) and to ride and brake in a controlled manner without falling. In addition, the handling of the steering is learned and the child overcome the first obstacles independently. The lessons are structured in a playful way and include various group exercises.

Requirements:
The children need little bike experience for the first level: in order to participate in the lessons, they must be able to ride a running bike or a bike with pedals on flat ground without falling.
