The Frame is Zermatt’s new summer pop-up restaurant, perched on the sun-drenched balconies of the Backstage Hotel, featuring a rooftop lounge bar with panoramic views and a perfectly framed view of the Matterhorn, thanks to a striking open-air installation by architect Heinz Julen.

A true celebration of summer living, with blissful vibes, freshness, and lightness.

The Frame’s cuisine is inspired by the al fresco lifestyle: dishes are served outdoors, beneath striped parasols and soft breezes, in a joyful, relaxed atmosphere with endless good vibes.

On the menu: sunny, reimagined classics – juicy Smash Burger, creamy Burrata with peaches, elegant Fish & Chips, vibrant Salmon Tostada with passion fruit, and delicate Tagliarini with chanterelles...
