A grounded, practical introduction to TCM nutrition.
Guests learn warming and cooling foods, the role of cooked vs raw meals, how to support digestion, and how to balance meals for energy, mood, and immunity. Focus on the spleen–stomach system as the “root of postnatal Qi”.
