This experience highlights natural farming methods, wild ingredients, and nearly forgotten varieties – a tribute to the authenticity and richness of the land.

The menu changes weekly and is available every Friday and Saturday in our wine bar, "Weinzeit." Chef Thomas Haugstvedt prepares each dish personally before your eyes. Wine pairings are available at an additional cost.
