Our newly renovated restaurant Stafelalp is located at 2,200 metres (7200 ft) above sea level, at the foot of the breathtaking Matterhorn. With direct access to the slopes in winter and in the middle of hiking trails in the summer, Stafelalp is the place to be in a serene mountain landscape where every guest will find something to their liking and enjoy our service either in the beautiful and stylish interior or the sunny terrasse. In the kitchen, Head Chef Oliver Milson and his team prepare homemade, seasonal specialties with a modern touch. Their creations - which have recently earned 13 Gault Millau Points – will enchant both meat lovers and vegetarians alike. A must-try is our homemade fish broth on your next visit to Zermatt.
