Description

From Zermatt, take the funicular to Sunnegga and then continue by gondola up to Blauherd. From Blauherd, the gravel road leads downhill to Grünsee. From Grünsee, the path steadily ascends to Riffelboden and then descends again to Riffelalp. Those who prefer a fun, not too demanding trail instead of the wide path can turn right onto the Riffelberg Flowtrail there. This also leads to Riffelalp.

From Riffelalp, you can either follow the gravel road back to Furi or take the Riffelberg Trail.
