Zermatt Tourism (hereinafter referred to as "ZT", "we", "us" and "our") makes the website www.zermatt.swiss and its sub-domains (hereinafter referred to as the "Website") available to you in accordance with these Terms of Use.
ZT reserves the right to take the necessary measures in the event of suspected fraudulent or illegal activities, including but not limited to terminating access to the Website and blocking and/or closing accounts and/or cancelling product orders in the webshop (in the souvenirs category).
The General Contractual and Travel Terms and Conditions (GCTTC) apply to the purchase of products (except souvenirs and gift vouchers in the webshop) or services or bookings of offers (including package travels and package deals).

We are under no obligation to identify the presence of such Viruses.
