INSTRUCTIONS – ARRIVAL :

ACCES TO THE APARTMENT

Upon arrival, access is via the lower part, as indicated in the apartment brochure.
The mailbox “Thyes-Tornare” is marked with a Swiss sticker.
The apartment key is in a key box. Code : "0293".
Remove the key and then reset the code to «0000».

The apartment key unlocks the following doors :

Main entrance door of the building
Apartment door
Ski room on the ground floor (please keep it always locked).
A spare key is available in the furniture drawer in the entrance area if needed.

BED LINEN AND TOWELS

Bed linen and towels have been changed by the housekeeper, ensuring they are clean upon arrival.

BALCONY ACCESS

The balcony door is locked by default and the key must remain in the lock.
To open, turn to the right. To lock, turn to the left and press the button.
To avoid damage to the curtain in front of the balcony door, please pull it to the right.

WIFI/ Bluetooth

HOUSEHOLD AND LOGISTICS

A Nespresso coffee machine is available for use. Some capsules are provided upon arrival.
Spices and toilet paper are available.
We would appreciate it, if you could replenish any used-to consumables as needed.
