• Hiking poles if necessary
• Warm winter clothing depending on the weather

When looking north on the way, a huge debris cone can be seen on the left side of the valley even in winter. These are the remains of the massive rockslide of 1991.

• Carefully plan every mountain route and adapt to your own conditions as well as to the weather and the season.
• The weather can change quickly in the mountains. Therefore, take suitable clothing and enough provisions and water. Turn back in good time in case of uncertain weather.
• Inform others about the route and, if possible, never go alone.
• Do not leave marked paths and do not go on glaciers without a mountain guide.
• Walking on ski slopes is forbidden.
• Be considerate of other hikers as well as plants and animals.
