Description
Daily workout and yoga programme - Build strength, strike a poise, master gravity. Led by expert practitioners, our programme of daily workouts and classes sees breathing and movement collide to challenge both mind and body and steer you back into balance.
Course Information
- Price for external guests: CHF 30 per class
- Registration: Online at spazermatt.ch/yoga-fitness-classes or by phone
- Classes are guaranteed to take place, regardless of the number of participants
- Year-round offering (except for approx. 3-week closures in May & November, dates may vary)
