Description

At 3,103 metres above sea level, the Rothorn is the perfect vantage point from which to discover the freestanding Matterhorn and the numerous surrounding four-thousand-metre peaks. A scenic railway ride from Blauherd takes you to the starting point for hikes or bike tours of all kinds.

The Peak Collection sculpture exhibition presents the Zermatt mountain world and its most famous peaks in more detail. With information about altitudes, rock types of the peaks, their first climbers and the thoughts of the mountain guides.
