Pizza Masterclass

Some people learn how to make pizza while on holiday in Naples. Others make it all the way up to 1,620 metres above sea level, with the Matterhorn instead of the sea as their backdrop. On 18 July, from 2:30 pm to 5:00 pm, the Schweizerhof Terrace transforms into the highest open door pizzeria around. At the heart of the experience is the art of topping the perfect pizza, revealed by the Schweizerhof kitchen team, who usually guard their ingredients as carefully as a mountain guide protects their favourite route.
