Description

Pilates Strong is a powerful full-body workout and an energizing power class that combines classical Pilates principles with targeted strength training exercises. Using a variety of props such as weights, resistance bands, balls, or gliders, the workout becomes both challenging and dynamic. The focus is on core stability, muscle strength, posture, and functional movement. Through dynamic sequences and controlled movements, the class improves endurance, balance, and overall body control – helping you feel strong, stable, and energized. Suitable for all fitness levels.
