To enjoy the atmosphere in the modernly designed Dom Hut, 1,635 meters of elevation must be overcome. That means it takes fitness, mountain experience, and no fear of heights. Because the path also goes over exposed places and artificially constructed metal stairs and safety ropes.
Once at the hut, you will meet a mixed group: alpinists with ropes, crampons, and ice axes, but also mountain hikers who simply want to enjoy the view in a cozy environment.
