Description
Perched beautifully on a rock above Zermatt, the Edelweiss can be reached in around 45 minutes on foot from the village. It is the perfect place to enjoy a refreshing drink or a relaxing lunch in a peaceful mountain setting.
The sunny terrace offers breathtaking views over Zermatt, the Rothorn, the Gornergrat and the Mischabel mountain range. Homemade quiches, traditional specialities and the Wednesday lunchtime BBQ buffet are especially popular among guests.
Our cosy guesthouse offers single rooms, double rooms and rooms for up to 5 people.
Tip for hikers: The circular trail Edelweiss–Hubel–Zmutt–Zermatt is open and accessible, featuring a new staircase and beautiful viewpoints.
