Description
The 5-Lakes Walk is a real classic in Zermatt – why not experience it by bike for a change? After meeting up in Zermatt, you’ll set off on the tour with your guide, usually taking the cable car towards Blauherd. From there, depending on your ability, you’ll explore several of the five lakes – such as Stellisee, Grindjisee or Grünsee. Along the way, there’ll be breaks to relax, take photos or go for a swim. The route and level of difficulty are tailored to each individual – so every ability is challenged without anyone being overwhelmed.
Price and conditions
Meeting point:
9.00 am at the Sunnegga valley station, in front of the tunnel entrance. If you wish, the bike guide can also meet you at a different location, such as a bike hire shop. The time can also be adjusted to suit your needs.

- Bike hire (e-bike recommended) from a sports shop
- One-way train journey Zermatt–Blauherd, from CHF 35.00, and possiblySunnegga–Zermatt one-way, from CHF 19.00
