On 14 June 2026, starting at 10:00 am, the traditional Aufalpen takes place on the Matterhorn Alpe at Leisee (Sunnegga) – a unique alpine experience in the heart of the Zermatt mountain world.
Witness the spectacular Zämulah (Ringkuhkampf), a traditional Valaisan cow fight in which powerful cows compete to claim their place as queen of the herd.
A canteen service will keep guests well fed and refreshed throughout the day.
