Summer in Zermatt is the epitome of style – and so is Elsie's. For the first time the team at Elsie's is spoiling guests with delicious à la carte creations during the summer season too.

The popular Elsie’s classics will remain on the menu – perfect for sharing, savouring and combining with the exquisite selection of wines & champagnes. These are expanded with new additions to the menu that are light, refined and prepared with love. Guests don’t expect classic dining at Elsie's – it's an enjoyable, relaxed experience the Elsie's way. The kitchen remains open until 9 pm throughout the summer.

Whether it's an aperitif in the golden glow of the sun setting or a stylish evening with a view of the hustle and bustle on the church square – the terrace invites you to linger. Zermatt lifestyle meets culinary sophistication. And when the sun slowly disappears behind the roofs and the temperatures cool a little, the team will be happy to find you a cosy spot inside.
