“Hemma”: New Pop-Up Restaurant for the Start of Winter

Brasserie Uno is delighted to share some big news: Hemma, a new winter pop-up restaurant, is opening at the 22 Summits Boutique Hotel in Zermatt – where Nordic simplicity meets Alpine spirit.

For the winter season, Chef Pontus Hållberg will create a daily four-course menu (CHF 99), served Wednesday to Sunday. As the sister restaurant of Zermatt’s Michelin-starred Brasserie Uno, Hemma brings the same dedication to craftsmanship, flavor, and heartfelt hospitality – in a relaxed hotel setting designed for cozy winter evenings.
