Hemma launches New Summer Terrace in Zermatt

This season, Hemma transforms into a laid-back, sun-drenched terrace experience, designed for lazy afternoons and golden-hour grazing. Pausing our winter-season 4-course menu, we’re instead serving a more relaxed summer experience with irresistible cheese and charcuterie boards - perfect for sharing over a glass (or two). 

Expect the best of Switzerland, Spain and Italy: from beautifully cured meats to exceptional cheeses, paired with freshly baked homemade breads, vibrant preserves, tangy pickles and a variety of flavour-packed dips and small bites—all crafted for sharable terrace-style dining. 

Hemma’s Summer Terrace opens June 17, from 3pm—just in time to soak up the sunshine in one of Zermatt’s most stunning settings.
