GaultMillau names chef André Kneubühler as “Discovery of the Year”

The GaultMillau Guide Edition 2025 names André Kneubühler, Head Chef of THE OMNIA, as “Discovery of the Year”.

In post as head chef at THE OMNIA in Zermatt for just a few months, André Kneubühler is already winning awards: “Discovery of the Year”, 16 points. It’s not surprising: Chef André worked in Tanja Grandits' “inner circle” at “Stucki” Basel for seven years. That moulds you and gives you confidence.
