The Swiss restaurant Ferdinand is opening its doors in the warmer months for the first time this year. From 6 June 2025, the CERVO team will be serving refined Valais cuisine with a modern twist on Thursdays and Fridays.
Cheese fans will love the fondue and raclette here. At ‘Ferdi’, there is a strict Swiss-only ethos, with most ingredients even sourced from the Valais region. Traditional cooking meets modern mountain aesthetics. Open Thursday & Friday from 6pm to 10pm.
The Bazaar is at the heart of CERVO. This is where explorers, locals and modern nomads meet. From this summer, the Bazaar will be transformed into a stylish cocktail lounge bar – complete with oriental-inspired snacks that reflect the flavours and atmosphere of lively markets. Open daily until 11.30 pm.
