Chasing Cancellara Bern–Zermatt combines endurance, teamwork and spectacular Alpine scenery in an extraordinary one-day cycling event. Covering 275 kilometres, the route leads from Bern to the car-free village of Zermatt, featuring long climbs, breathtaking views and an unforgettable finish beneath the Matterhorn. Inspired by Olympic champion Fabian Cancellara, this cycling series is a challenge for ambitious riders and passionate cycling enthusiasts alike.

Chasing Cancellara is an international cycling series founded by Olympic champion and multiple world champion Fabian Cancellara. Ambitious riders have the opportunity to challenge themselves on legendary routes, compete against fellow participants and symbolically measure themselves against Fabian Cancellara.
In addition to Bern–Zermatt, the series also includes Granfondo Vaduz and Zurich–Andermatt. Each route offers its own challenges, breathtaking scenery and unforgettable experiences in the heart of the Swiss Alps.

Registration takes place online via the official platform. Choose between Single, Relay, Couple or Happy Threesome and take on one of Switzerland’s greatest cycling challenges. Entry fees vary depending on the category and registration phase.
